Rectangular, Round and Mug Models

1) Separate the outer plastic container from inner stainless steel container.

2) Open the pouch containing the heat pack and place one heat pack into the plastic container.

3) Pour the suggested amount of water onto the heat pack.

4) Place your food into the stainless steel container, and then place the stainless steel container into the plastic container.

5) Close the lid and wait for your food to be ready.
